Good, bad, observation
Nov. 15th, 2005 11:55 pmGood thing: Long talk with Chris++ about my paper. I understand a bit more about where my advisor is coming from, though I still think he's wrong.
Bad thing: I haven't actually written anything more on said paper.
Observation: Productive procrastination is still procrastination.
Good thing: I set up Kato as an iTunes server and he is, indeed, serving music over my network.
Bad thing: iTunes won't let me push music from a server to my iPod. Quelle stupide. (Is there a way to associate an iPod to an iTunes server? Would that do it?)
Observation: It sure does take a long time to push 90GB of music over a network.
Good thing: Pulled photos of the pumpkin-carving party and this weekend's trip off my camera.
Bad thing: I wish my hands were steadier.
Observation: Using one's own photography as a desktop background is a mood-enhancing thing, especially when said photography came out halfway decent. Those who wish to entertain me may now hazard guesses as to the subject matter.
Good thing: genmai-cha with ginkgo leaves.
Bad thing: no cookies.
Observation: I should go to the grocery store someday.
All right. Time to take a shower and see if I can concentrate.
