Help wanted: C++ compiler guru, local

I have some thorny implementation-level questions about how C++ compilers (g++, specifically) deal with member access control under the hood. If you or someone you know are competent to answer such questions, and are within driving distance of San Jose, I will buy you dinner (possibly multiple dinners, depending on how long it takes) if you will sit down with me and let me pick your brain.
