This "Mark Simons" sounds like a bit of a wacko anyway.. Check out the number of businesses all being run from the one residential address which appears in the whois records for one of his domains: 8137 Lake Crowell Circle (http://www.google.com/search?q=8137+Lake+Crowell+Circle).
