Ooh, good to know! I should have known about slander of title before, given that it came up in the SCO suit (http://www.groklaw.net/articlebasic.php?story=2004021116125699), but hey, better late than never.
And given that slander of title is an important element of real estate law, that one's not likely to go away anytime soon.
