I completely agree with you on that. Youtube is run by people, and there is only so much that so many people can do in one day. For a specific example, there are over 8,000 videos that come up in a search for "animal abuse", which is against their "community guidelines". Youtube relies on their users to report the videos. There is virtually no end to the number of inappropriate videos that are uploaded everyday.
