While I appreciate your defense of me, I actually don't mind the term cripple or crip from other PWDs. For me, there is a distinct difference between when a PWD says it and when someone who is AB says it.
I do prefer person-first language, but I understand the logic and desire behind reclaiming the word. It's not my word of choice, and I don't say it, but I am not offended by other people with disabilities using that particular word.
