maradyddWow, this is actually the first time this semester that I actively want to be somewhere other than class. It's not even Codenotti's fault; I'm just that fucking tired. (Not wanting to be in class when Rajiv is lecturing is more of a passive, waiting-for-the-sweet-release-of-death sort of not wanting to be in class.)
Admittedly, if I went somewhere else it'd probably just be back to my office so I could finish my homework for Cesare's class, or back home to sleep, but hey, everyone needs a hobby.
On the plus side, I have fused two projects by talking Teo into letting me give my qualifying exam over the parser I'm writing; the talk will be delivered in the fall. So now I only have to put together one paper and one poster for the foreseeable future. martian_bob, who just got his quals paper accepted to the student session at HLT/NAACL.
In a few days I should collect my AMAST rejection, to go with the very complimentary "you made our second cut but not the final six" rejection I picked up for "Laid" at Futurismic.
Hm, bargaining theory. Maybe I'll pay attention now.
