maradyddSo this morning I said to myself, "I wonder what Batya Wittenberg's been up to lately?" and went to visit her website. I found several new poems, including this Sonnet Redouble, the structure of which completely blows me away.
Yeah, it's fanfic. So what? The form, my God, the form ... I don't know what kind of structural planning one has to do to write fifteen sonnets, the last one of which consists of the first lines of the previous fourteen (and where each sonnet begins with the end line of the one immediately before it), but I am absolutely in awe.
Some day I will do something this cool.
