Thanks! We're hoping to grow it to a decent size and then consider selling off all or part of it for a great deal of money.

Seen as raw material, they're not worth that much. You might want to consider the "barrel" method of raising (stick in a barrel at a wee tender age, feed through bung-hole, once it has reached maturity, seal the bung-hole and send over a waterfall). Or not. On balance, probably not.
