I have no idea what the fuck kind of microorganisms decided to go on a multi-day bender in my digestive tract and lymphatic system, but I really, really hope that never happens again. (And I suspect enochsmiles will be happy if he never has to listen to me whimpering incoherently for two days in a row ever again, either.)

Time to go find out whether my body believes in the concept of "food" again yet. Keep your fingers crossed for me.

Ugh, this sounds like what I caught back in DC. I'm leaning towards a norovirus explaination. I know a bunch of people in the DC area who have had the same symptoms in the last year.

And the transition from "I'll never eat food ever again" to suddenly craving food again is weird.

Shit, and it just occurred to me that there were quite a few people in town for the hash function competition who have been in DC (and, specifically, were at ShmooCon) fairly recently, several of whom I went out drinking or to dinner with. I wonder how long people who have been exposed remain carriers.

I'm not really craving much in the way of complicated food, but bananas and applesauce are totally awesome right now.
