My version of this (which doesn't rhyme quite as well)

"We will worship Great Cthulhu
Though we know we're quite a fool to
Still we make of it a rule to
And that's good enough for me."

The third line is a bit rich, considering if you're not in North America you can't watch Hulu at all because the service is geolocked. Still, happy birthday to him, and if you'll allow me to take slight liberties with the rhythm:

Ia, ia Great Cthulhu
From R'lyeh you will awake to
Eat our souls and we who worship you
Will be eaten last of all!

In my experience, it works just fine through a proxy. ssh port forwarding for the win. :)

We make offerings to Glaaki
'Cause he helps us win at hockey,
Brings us madness, brings us Pocky,
And that's good enough for me!

We divine for great Tsathoggua
Using entrails, cards and ba gua
Air, earth, fire, wood and agua
And that's good enough for me!

And one of seborn's:

We give sacrifice to Odin
Even though he's quite forbodin'
'Cause we're bored, and 'cause we're snowed in
And that's good enough for me.

And another of mine, more on Lovecraft:

It's not hard to worship Dagon
You don't have to be Carl Sagan:
He accepted Ronald Reagan,
And that's good enough for me!

A joint effort:

Praise to He Who Must Go Nameless!
No, I'm not an ignoramus:
Those who say it just go squamous.
And that's good enough for me.

Not mine, but a classic:

Of the Old Ones none is vaster,
Great Cthulhu's not his master;
I refer, of course, to *mumble*
And that's good enough for me!

Amusingly, the tradition that mentioning the big H makes him show up appears nowhere in the regular Cthulhu mythos stories. It seems to have originated in an early edition of the D&D "Deities and Demigods" supplement.

Bow to great Ghatanothoa!
Cast your eyes down to the floah,
Or become as protozoa!
And that's good enough for me.

Assuming Clark Ashton-Smith counts:

All the ghouls love Mordiggian,
All night long we hear 'em squeein';
It's a little Oedipean,
But it's good enough for me!

If we're doing Smith:

Prayers your present godling forgoes
Please direct to Thamagorgos:
Want a pair of knees like Torgo's?
Well, that's good enough for me.

Also Smithish:

Naat's a lousy place for tourists,
And there's not much call for florists,
(I've not been; that's apriorist,
but it's good enough for me!)

I can hear the ghasts a'hoppin' --
Nuke 'em quick before they drop in!
What was good enough for Oppen-
heimer's good enough for me!

It destroyed the old Sanhedrin.
Cures my asthma like ephedrine:
What a swell Trapezohedron!
It's sure good enough for me!

Nath-Horthath of Celephais
Sits enthroned upon a dais;
He don't know who Tina Fey is,
But he's good enough for me.

Nice one! Here's another, about a being whose name I _can_ utter freely, but which I cannot rhyme:

The Black Goat Who's Quite Prolific
Is to many beings deific,
Though she's no-one's conspecific,
And that's good enough for me!
