maradyddI'm done.
"Three Varieties of Consonant Mutation in Welsh", the analysis of the Russian genitive of negation, my CW portfolio, "Cross-Linguistic Selection of Appropriately Connoted Lexemes: an ontological-stochastic approach" -- they're all turned in. Some are even graded. (240/250 on the comp ling paper.) My semester is over. I survived my first year! I'm halfway to my M.A.!
In other news, tonight I got an email from John O'Neill, editor at Black Gate. "Hammer, Lily, Blade" -- the Excalibur story I was agonising over writing oh, about a year-plus ago -- is under final consideration for their next issue. It'll be $450 for me if they buy it. Cross yer fingers, kids!
